Don't forget also that your comments may offend current crew also-most crew still deliver outstanding service and hospitality experienced nowhere else, it just adapts to the current situations. I don't think that crew aren't delivering the fantastic service that was once delivered, i just think that maybe new procedures etc and all that stuff maybe limits the way crew deliver it. Many crew have many different opinions.
