Sad Sorry Saga
If it wasn`t so serious this whole silly saga would be the best soap opera on the internet.
The lengths of absolute stupidity that the management(?)of Qantas will go to is beyond belief.Actually I should qualify that...they are believable.The idea that Qantas aspires to the best airline in the world must now be surely dead and buried.It has become a third rate bus company with fifth rate twits running the show.A once proud tradition of service,safety,hospitality and employee empowerment is sadly over.
Virgin Airlines is gathering steam and the motivation and empowerment that Branson provides his staff is a joy to behold.Branson knows that you require happy motivated staff and that they require the resources to do their job.Qantas has neither.
