How do you connect to the Internet?
Have you tried a different Browser to see if the problem is only with Internet Explorer or other Browsers too?
In
Internet Options click on the
Settings Button under
Temporary Internet Files. Check that
Check for newer version of stored pages is set to
Automatically.
