If you are thinking of renting a place, try Bournecoast on Southbourne Grove in Southbourne (01202 428717). They do holiday lets which you can rent out in the off season. They are fully furnished and really nice inside. Im staying in one, and it is much nicer than living in a B n B for months at a time.
