Are the BA DEP's getting the final salary pension ?

I was discussing this issue in the pub last night with a fellow Nigel. The conclusion was, there are ONLY three reasons to join BA:

1. FSS Pension

2. FSS Pension

3. FSS Pension

I wonder how long it will take before the current 9% deal will sink in with new entrants. Hopefully whilst they still have time to do some extracurricular pension provision.
