Asociación Latino Americana de Derecho Aeronáutico y Espacial (ALADA) For the "legal eagles" and based in Buenos Aires. From their website: "ALADA is the leading association in the air transport business in Latin America and with an important international exposure. ALADA has (and still does) asist and advice the leading decisión makers of the air transport business in aspects that go far beyond the legal ones, in such varied millieu as economic-commercial and even in the higher education of new leaders of the business."


Asociación Latinoamericana de Transporte Aéreo (ALTA) "ALTA (Previously AITAL) is a private, non-profit organization composed by Latin American commercial airlines, whose objective is to combine and coordinate the efforts of its Members to facilitate the development of air transport in the Latin America region and to ensure better communication and collaboration amongst them for the users, the industry and the mutual benefit.

Instituto Aeronáutico Latino Americano (IALA) "IALA is an institution founded in 1996 to provide professional training in the field of Aeronautics in Latin America. Its main campus is in San José, Costa Rica, where most of its courses are given."
