Lisat- That was after one year. There is not much seniority at bmi due to the high turnover so you pretty much get what you want, except at xmas and new year. However, they have a fantastic policy where you work one and have the other off. Going back to money- with no overtime, days sold a normal takehome after a years service is about £1200. Apparently, they are getting themselves together with crew etc so no more days to sell. However, you will always get overtime due to the amount of hours you work!!!! Are you thinking of going to bmi?
