Sorry Xenia, its becoming old news so the rumor mill is drying up somewhat.

All I can say is that the local side of things seems to be quietly ticking along - saw their twin otter flying a normal Kenya internal route the other day.

Although strangely enough while at Jomo Kenyatta, saw one of the DC10's in full livery taxi out of the remote holding area, and do some taxi checks before returning to park. The pilot was not using the Duma call sign but the aircraft registration. Whether that means something is happening, or the planes are being sent back to wherever they came from I dont know.

On the legal front, apparently papers have been filed in court by the various parties, and that's as far as things have got on this front as the wheels of Kenyan justice move ponderously slow. If I hear any more, I'll let you know......
