The plan would seem to be that both bases will start operations next March.
At start up, 6 F/Os went for Tfly commands and it would appear that another 3 have so far indicated that they will go during this phase. The recent bid round may have thrown up some more and, of course, they may be some 'internal' Tfly candidates.
My guess is, however, that not all the command requirements will be settled from within.
