I have to agree with ramsrc, Ryanair denied the Buzz rumour for a number of weeks and then made an announcement once they entered a stock market open period the day they announced their 3rd Quarter results in February 03. Ryanair Q2 results were due out on November 1st but were moved to November 2nd to facilitate European investors who are on national holiday on November 1st. Seems to me they would only do that if they were expecting a big movement in the share price on the day of the results and did not want to catch European investors off guard and alienate them as shareholders in the future............
