I can't quite believe that the NTSB has not concluded its investigation into this matter!
Are they serious! it seems everyone except the NTSB knows this machine had a dubious history.

The NTSB states: that so far they have only uncovered approx 9hrs that went unrecorded and " an honest mistake" Are you Kidding!
Why stop at 9hrs?
How was this 9 hrs of unrecorded time found?
