I do know of at least one course, early Jan I think, of non type rated direct entry captains.
I have also heard that "mainline" are very keen to see more of their F/O's transfer. Perhaps then, the proposed sweetening of the T-Fly package may induce more internal movement. Bid for transfer has to be in by today( last I read ), so I imagine the powers of be, will then have a better idea of how many empty left seats they are going to have.
Personally, I dont think there will be much change in levels of interest, as the "new deal" will not be finalised until after you are required to make your binding bid for transfer. A bit like signing a blank cheque IMHO.
