Suited and booted = A suit with appropriate footwear.

Try looking for "OASC", "Joining RAF", "Help Wanna be a Pilot !", anything like that.

Can't speak for engineering (and there was a thread recently which dealt specifically with it) but Eng Officer may not be what your looking for if you want to get your hands dirty. I'll leave it at that and let someone more qualified take it from there.
