Angel Mr. Boeing

The motel outside Sale.

It sounds like an ex PNG, guy, of German origin, by the nickname of "cementhead " He got a job in Japan , after he PNG in the late 60's as an F27 Capt., SELF PROCLAIMED.

The Japanese company found out after a while and P*ssed him off and I believe he got out of Japan, before they could grab him for a short stay in a friendly Japanese Correctional Centre.

When staying in Mel. on the F-27 course, as an F/O, he would phone the front desk at the Southern Cross, asking them to page, Capt. Frank Sta********R, then as the page was made, he would rush up to the front desk, louding proclaiming, "I am Capt. S, I am Capt S.

He also made it on TV during the late 70's or early 80's in Mel., I think whinging about how the local council, wouldn't help him to help his motel in someway or another.

He was with AAPNG, based in Rabaul.

Cheers,
