Help finding a good Flight Safety Course

We are looking to train a couple of crew in our small department to be Flight Safety representatives.

Some prior training will assist them do the job.

Can anyone recommend a good Flight Safety course in the UK or Europe?

Anyone know how the Flight Safety representatives at the majors get their training?
