Yeah, definately honesty being the best policy. Was there for 3 years until i came to blows with a new manager (not fisticuffs!!).
I was just wondering what a prospective employer would be asking, i mean, if its just a case of asking if i've worked there for the past 3 years then all is well and good, if its asking for a bit more detail then we could have problems! Methinks, maybe i could get HR to confirm i was actually working there and then maybe a personal charactor reference from another manager...? does anyone know the system...?
