Well experience wise, got about 15 months total flying experience in past 3yrs as well as other customer service experience. But in their advert it said they were looking for both exp an in exp crew right?
Sent my CV by email to them about two weeks ago and recieved an interview date and application form a couple of days ago, seem pretty organised to me and at least they've given more than like a few days notice of the interview!
