The JAR CPL exams aren't even written yet are they? I think you'll have to go and do a full ATPL theory until they sort that one out.
As Delta T says, the conversion is a half of a normal JAR FI course (15 hours flying, some ground time (30 hours???), and a skill test at the end).
Any place that does normal JAR FI courses should be able to do the conversion. But don't go to Delta T's mob, because Essex weather is crap
