You must sign a training bond when you participate at Finnair's First Officer course. After completing Skill test for the type rating you are required to be available for work at Finnair for three years. Training bond is 36.000€ and is reduced 1000€ per month.
So in other words they require you to be available for work eventhough they might not offer you a job straight after the type rating course. But then again why would they train pilots if they don't need 'em.
