thanks for the info. I'm not sure what you are currently being taught but I passed my JAA CPL(H) (frozen ATPL) in April. The theory side however is taken at ATPL level, enabling you to gain ATPL status with the required IR and hours
which will be fairly tough to achieve!!
I understand that the UK CAA have recognized the above dilema and are considering re-introducing the CPL(H) theory, where a student is only required to take 10 modules (not sure which subjects) instead of the current 14 modules for ATPL, not sure if this will help in your case?
