BOH was OK for a DC-10-10 but not for a DC-10-30 as one of my GK colleagues discovered one morning when he diverted in there. The chief pilot wanted to know how he was going to get it back out again since the runway fell below the minimum runway required for a DC-10-30! It came out empty on a CAA dispensation.
I seem to remember that it was a Vmcg problem.
