AMRITSAR....
The people in Amritsar are amazing, some of the nicest people in the world! But the brummy shell suit wearing trash we take out there are unquestionably the vilest.... I was once working at the rear, but at 2 doors to disembark down route. One pax as leaving called me a ******* bastard. When I asked why, he said the service was ****. I apologised for this and explained to the pax that I had been working at the back and didn't know what had been going on up the front. I then did the service recovery bit, offered him a comments card etc... (he was in row 2) He told me to **** off.... Nice!
I've spent a month in India this year and absolutely love the native people. As for the stinkers we take to visit relatives, maybe we should leave them out there for a bit. I think they'll appreciate life a little more then.
