Here's a question for the amateur employment lawyers.
Do the RAF or any employer have to give you a specific reason why you might been given compulsory redundancy?
I suspect we would get "For the best needs of the service"
How do you know that you are not being descriminated against?
From reading the terms, there will be people on PC's who are close to qualifying, but have not yet served the 12 years required to qualify for an immediate pension (or proportion) who may be mightliy miffed that the pension they were expecting is not going to be theirs.
