hi there i went for interview yesterday.
started with 2/1 interview usual ? they wanted lots of specific examples of dealing with different situations/people. what do u know about ba / how do u think they are doing as a company etc..... that lasts about 30 mins, and i found that the hardest part coz its hard to think of specific examples there and then under pressure so have a think beforehand!!
Then there was a presentation for about 40 mins which explains more about the position/training/roster etc....
After that its the group exersize which is nothing to worry about and I actually really enjoyed it basically it was just discussing and making desicions within the group.
Haven't heard anything as yet but I know i gave it my best shot and was completly myself. The whole interview took about 3 hours and I met some lovely people out of it! good luck!
