Check out the BA web site for business plans and also for the product side of things.
BA is BIG on cost saving at the mo however they still want to provide good service to their customers
the interview consists of a few parts mainly to see how you interact with others dont get stressed by the maths bit do what u can and moove on they r looking for prioritising here that cud be sed for all their tests i think but then it was a few years ago since i did the tests (be aware though the other candidates will be competing and try to make you look less competent than them does that make sense?)
If you donnt understand any part of the process ASK!!!!
Because there will be others that would liked to have asked the question but didnt feel confident o do so and remember no question is silly... if you want to know the answer to a burning issue.......
