well yes there has been lots of talk over the last few years of an hourly rate but as far as I know the union have not had any kind of substantial talks on the subject with the airline.It's true that the taxman does want a bigger share of our flight allowances and i'm sure he will get it (not to much doubt about that) but as yet the hourly rate is not an absolute certainty.
