This will give ample time to employ and train extra crew needed.
How many crew shortage delays have you seen on Jet 2 services ??? Asual Channel's planning will be second to none.
With the current excess of pilots on the market can not see it being an issue.
60 pilots? Not sure if it will be as many as that. 5 crews per airframe?
