I will print this off, and work my way through it. Might give Orlando (MCO) a miss though, I spend enough time flying into busy international airports as it is
I quite like the idea of being stuck in the Bahamas waiting for fuel to be delivered though...!

This is all assuming, of course, that there is still something left of Florida after four hurricanes in as many weeks!
