I never said they did not complete the course, or the base training. I said that I heard, admittedly second-hand, that the [paid-for] base training was not forthcoming from Astraeus, and that they had to organise it themselves through G.P. (you know who I mean), and that they had delays getting the corresponding money back from Astraeus.
Given there is usually no smoke without fire, can you clarify this Hamrah?
