If the charging system is causing that behaviour then it should be subject to an ATSB enquiry.
Regardless of what you say re the Cairns incident, read the ATSB report. In my humble view the controllers were UNBELIEVABLY WRONG and created an UNSAFE incident to save QF and
VB a few bucks.
Are you saying the lives on the 172B were worth the $1000
VB would have been charged???
