Honest Frank... I have just re read this and believe I have misunderstood you (sorry)
At my club we get paid by the hour and the stude pays dual rate. If we send a stude solo then he/she pays dual and we get paid as normal.
Having said all that we do NOT get paid for briefings (not even the long ones).
Hourly rate 12 pounds.
One day I will have a real job!?!?
