Supervised Solo's

To de restrict the F.I (R) the CAA ask for 25 supervised solo flights and 100 hours instructing.

Question.... Is a solo x-c flight one supervised solo or two?

Question.... Are four night time Stop/Go circuits one supervised solo or four?

Sorry if this all sounds a bit dim but no one that I know really seems to have the answer.

Any idea's anyone?
