Yes I'm being a little pedantic here I suppose, but it was the use of the word 'prohibited' that had me questioning. My understanding is that you can reserve a block of Class A for VFR activities and that glider pilots sometimes use this. (I never got much above 6000' at 7F3
) I guess this would count as the waiver.
