asthma?
Hello,
Can any of yous guys tell me If theres any form of asthma that wont allow a class 1 medial certificate?
I have a long term friend whos ambition is to become a pilot, and im trying to help him embark into his training, but i know he has asthma, and know he has been taking the steroid type in-hailers. Unsure if theres a name to his form of asthma, but just want a view before he tries and put an effort into his training.
The type of asthma didn't allow him to join the RAF or the Army.
(additional information, his last attack when a doctor had to be involved was when he was 9 yr old, around 11 years ago)
