Boeing 737-300/400 aircraft registered 84-86 dBA in normal cruise flight
UK Health and Safety rulessuggest a limit of 85. In australia they have a similar limit but I think they say you are entitled to compensation if your hearing is reduced by 6% due to work place noise.
