Some of the delay on the delivery might be due to Maintenance changes.
I have seen some of BA Maintenance check packs.
They may be ok for BA, but can be a nightmare for others.
DHL might need the check pack reorganised.
This might have caused the delay at Boeing.
Moving or zeroing the CPCP package, will cause major problems.
So it might not be all the Belgium CAA fault.
