Difficult to answer. The size and intensity of the lights is pretty much the same in both tests, so the Spectrolux test makes it a bit easier to identify the lights. But actually if you can pass a test or not totally depends on your very own colour perception, on which i cannot comment. One Test, which is impossible for somebody can be the easiest test for somebody else, even if the're suffering from the same form of colour vision defiency. That's why i try to encourage everyone to try all 3 Tests.
