I keep getting email from this site saying people are seeking info on me.

I am very skeptical.Firstly as the address I am getting it on is my work one - a positive spam magnet as it is splashed all over the web. And afterall, what better way to promote people to join the site than to tell them they are being asked about thus making them curious / vain enough to register to find out more.

The legal page makes interesting reading, it basically reads "Don't like being listed on here? - Hard luck."

I have set up a disposable email address on Yahoo.

Set up your own throw away address and use it to register with the shareyourexperinces.com site.

Then ask it to find my email address "name"

I think a comparison of resulting emails will prove the point about the value of this service. Basically zero. Afterall all we all need to do to get a "good" reputaion is to offer info on ourselves form behind as many fake registrations as we like. No business would ever rely on this type of service.
