Eagle are hiring to replace pilot turn over - hav'nt you heard - AirNZ, Cathay, Mt Cook, Brunei and Air Feight to name a few all wan't Eagle pilots! Air NZ (national & international) is possibly looking for 120 pilots - where do they get them from? well at least some from Eagle!
I would'nt moan about the selection process as it works for the most part - their pilots are sought after. Don't forget that Eagle aircraft are 100% owned and operated by AirNZ - they have a vested interest in ensuring the guy in the driving seat knows what he is doing.
Eagle as well as the rest of the group is doing well - high load factors etc. Good on them for sharing it around and calling on Vincent to help move some!
