Whatever happened to one's right to privacy?
The airline is *required* to verify your residence, work history and training records.
They are *not* required to check your credit history. This is an absurd practice by some airlines to obstensibly hire the "best" candidate.
The fact of the matter is good pilots do go bankrupt occasionally and, as pointed out above, it's usually because their employeer went bankrupt first.
To answer the original question: It won't be a problem unless you apply to a company that checks.
