There already is a private forum and it’s still running but you have to go to the control panel to view posts.
If you’re not registered it was run by Fadec Primary Chanel.
I’m afraid many of the posts are becoming very tedious. I think the union has put a lot of effort in and it is a disgrace that we have to get to talk of destructive industrial action just to get the management to listen to some very constructive ideas.
I hope there is a positive outcome for everyone, but I’m sure there is enough happiness out there to upset some people if not
