Serious question since I don't even know where to look for the answer - Are GA aircraft allowed to use Avalon?
Avalon is privately owned. Prior permission is required for all ops there ... so I guess its upto the owner. ERSA does say "GA parking AVBL on N apron adjacent to passenger terminal"
