I've just got back from a weekend seminar with AOT. It is almost without doubt the best time and money I've spent on my transition from military to civil aviation yet.
To John, Stan, Jan and Roger: Many thanks for a great weekend. I've got no problems with the critiques - that's what I was there for. I feel very confident knowing what to expect and, more importantly, how I'm going to deal with it. I'll tell you how the Cathay interview when I see you at the BALPA EOC.
For those of you that don't know about AOT, they're a great team of very experienced airline pilots who train and guide you through the interview process. Friendly atmosphere, plain talking, inteligent and insightful.
