In order for it to work right, you must install the Mobo Drivers and then install the latest ATI Catalyst Drivers in that order.
If you do not, I can tell you with 100% certainty, it is NOT working properly.
(While you are at it, install all the Mobo Drivers, they are essential to the OS accessing the Mobo Resources properly.)
