Just to update you, the lawyers have come to the opinion that it would be very very very hard to make a case. I have until October 11th if I wish to take NATS to a tribunal, but again it would be difficult to make a case.
I have also spoken to the Sunday Times and the mirror, both had no interest in the story.
I’m overwhelmed by the response to this thread. Thank You. And I’ll keep you all posted in any further developments.
