Aaah the good old days at Stansted Lloyd Intl Britannia's, Channel A/W Comets. All those crew training flights, I am sure I remember the QANTAS "V" jet 707's doing circuits, Brits, Vangaurds & 44's with props feathered! Does anyone else remember a 707 with a flower painted on the fin, parked on the mufflers?, my sisters & I called it the flower power jet, seemed to be there for ages. Then there were the CAFU Doves & a certain Piper Apache 'Mike Yankee' of Thurstons Aviation, but best of all there was TMAC.
