Given that the company have offered unpaid leave it will depend on how many permenant crew take this up as to how many, if any new ents will get extended
I asked one of the CCDMs about how unpaid leave will affect contracts and apprently it doesn't.
The only reason that unpaid leave is on offer is because some crew have written in to request it and there was no policy in place to make sure everyone is treated the same at all bases.
This is good news for the temp crew (which includes new entrants!!)
