If the replies herein demonstrate the level of intelligence, articulation and, above all, ability to focus upon a given issue, then the bmi Management have nothing to fear from their pilot workforce.
I do, however, find myself worrying as to the safety of flying with such a pilot workforce. Are'nt there minimum standards of education, common sense and IQ for pilots?
As to the management being inept, as someone put it, if ineptitude enables one to walk away with huge wads of cash, the I'd call it "successful management by objectives".
Based upon this thread, it seems to me that you lot, especially with BALPA on a chain around your ankle(s), don't stand a chance.
