NATS Interview help
Just got through assessment day at the second time of asking and set the date for my interview. I guess the personality interview is something that can't really be prepped for but before I shell out about £100 on books I would be very grateful if anybody could give me some idea of the level of detail/knowledge needed for the occupational/motivation interview - level of aircraft recognition & details etc etc. Also can anybody shed any light on the mysterious computer assessment and what it consists of.
