I agree with some of your thred but ops have phone at night and weekend so maybe circuit?
However even when there was ops assistant I hear Jeppersens ammendmants were behind most of time so don't load that one on. Anyway who really enjoys doing Jeppersens?
From what I have heard it seems a bit bad sighted to make assistants no more, especially with department on the edge of a vertical increase in work load. I hope for the current boys things change soon, as there has always been a good team, just badly looked after sometimes.
